Channel/Video does not play, and error message appears:

An error occured while attempting to play this video. Please try restarting both the Plex Media Server and this app.


Settings->Video->Device supports Dolby Digital is not enabled. Device might not support AC3.

PMS isn’t trancoding AC3.



Check/Enable Settings->Video->Device supports Dolby Digital.

If channel/video plays without audio, device doesn’t support AC3. Download and install VLC for Android. Check/Enable Settings->Advanced->Player->Use External Player.¬†When attempting to play channel/video, a open with pop up will appear, use VLC for Android.
